Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Analyst

Working on a US client project working hours from 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST. That’s a pretty standard shift.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Oracle Cloud ERP Technical Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical implementation, customization, and support of Oracle Cloud ERP applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and enhance system functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Implementation and Customization:
- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud ERP modules, including but not limited to Financials, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management.
- Develop and implement extensions, integrations, and custom reports using Oracle Cloud tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder, and BI Publisher.
System Support and Maintenance:
- Provide technical support for Oracle Cloud ERP applications, resolving issues and ensuring system stability and performance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot errors, and implement solutions to optimize application functionality.
Integration and Data Management:
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and other business systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, and other integration tools
- Manage data migration and data conversion activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy throughout the process.
Collaboration and Project Management:
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver technical specifications.
- Participate in project planning, development, and deployment activities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.
Technical Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members to enhance their understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP functionalities and technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP technical development and support.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, SCM, and HCM.
- Proven experience in developing integrations, extensions, and custom reports for Oracle Cloud ERP.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Cloud tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Visual Builder, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Strong programming skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
- Experience with web services and APIs (REST/SOAP) for system integration.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud ERP certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional).
- Experience with Oracle ADF, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle SOA Suite.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience in industry-specific ERP implementations (e.g., healthcare, retail, manufacturing).
