Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant/Analyst
Location: Remote

Working on a US client project working hours from 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST.
That’s a pretty standard shift.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations and Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, and Talent Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM functionality
- Design and configure workflows, approval processes, and security
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Develop and deliver training to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud HCM releases and new features
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and processes
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, and Talent Management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Oracle Cloud HCM certification (desirable)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and other Oracle Cloud modules
- Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
- Experience with agile project methodology
- Certification in HR or related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
