Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant/Analyst

Working on a US client project working hours from 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM IST.
That’s a pretty standard shift.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Cloud Financials modules
- Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud Financials functionality
- Design and configure financial structures, including charts of accounts, ledgers, and accounting calendars
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Develop and deliver training to end-users
- Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud Financials releases and new features
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Performance Management, and Talent Management
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification (desirable)
